Manchester Hall wedding

Sandra and Venkat has the most beautiful, chic day at Manchester Hall. It was an intimate with the couple choosing to only have 50 of their closest friends and family there. This venue fitted so perfectly with their black tie theme- which I loved! It was perfect for pictures having all their guests in black, while they wore white. The pair got in touch with me only six weeks before their big day, having only got engaged two weeks pervious! I was so happy to be available to capture the day for them and they had planned the day perfectly despite it being in such a short space of time. So proud of them both for pulling it all off and just look at how gorgeous it was!

Bridal prep at Manchester Hall

I met Sandra, her mother in law and her bridesmaids getting ready in the grand lounge at Manchester Hall. The morning was super chilled out, with lots of close friends coming with cards and gifts and all the excitment.

Sandra looked beautiful in her timeless dress and pearl headband. The lovely Hayley did such a brilliant job of her hair and make up and I think we can all agree she looked absolutely stunning.

Sandra had chosen to have her son walk her up the aisle, so we had a lovely first look with him before it was time to go to the ceremony.

The ceremony at Manchester Hall

The couple got married in the Libary room at Manchester Hall. The room itself boasts a black marble fireplace and has historic Freemason memorabilia lining the bookshelves, with huge windows at the front to let in loads of light.

The ceremony was an emotional one, as Sandra and Venkat chose to include their own vows to eachother. After they were married the pair walked back down the aisle, stopping half way for a showstopper dipped kiss.

The Reception at Manchester Hall

After the ceremony we got all the family formals photographed in front of Manchester Hall, where there was the most stunning flower installation. Sandra, Venkat and I then caught an Uber over to central library for their couple photos. This is a place I absolutely adore, the pale brick backdrop and the minimal arches make for the most beautiful backdrops. We were also lucky enough to have the sun shining down on us.

Once back, we headed up on to the roof of Manchester Hall, which has the most incredible views over the city and got a few more pictures.

It was then time for the couples wedding breakfast, with was a feast of a buffet, with everything from beef wellington to a lovely vegan risotto (which I had!). After the meal, both Venkat and Sandra did speeches, talking about how greatful they were for eachother and to bring their family and freinds together. I then left the couple to party the night away.
